Mission

The Goal of Task Force Resource, through the work of numerous committees, is to develop a long range balanced budget plan that maximizes all resources to ensure all students learn well. Task Force Resource will guide our efforts to develop a balanced budget that maximizes the use of all available resources. We will continue to maximize student learning while producing data driven recommendations resulting in a plan that will:

(1) be in the best interest of all students
(2) care for staff within resource constraints
(3) be sustainable between today and 2011-12 school year
(4) take into account future M&O and Facilities elections

We have requested and continue to receive tremendous support from our community and staff members that is critical in the development of a comprehensive and actionable plan. We have had community and staff forums, conducted surveys and through the work of Task Force Resource (TFR) have reviewed a number of key district programs.  Our work continues this year as we review additional district programs.  Our ultimate goal is to review all programs. We will address our fiscal challenges through hard work, research and well thought-out analysis. We must identify additional reductions for school year 2007-08 and continue development on our long range budget plan. Task Force Resource will guide our efforts.
